PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />December 11, 1972 <br />'' s Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Neisen <br />8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 11, 1972 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Neisen <br />Councilman Baumgartner <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Pickar <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk - Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve the minutes of November 27th, 1972. <br />Mayor Neisen's Report <br />Mayor Neisen read the police report for November. <br />Clerk - Administrator Zylla's Report <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) To approve the following licenses: Cigarette - Donatelle, Inc., <br />Bob's Gulf Station, Launching Pad Supper Club, Fedor's Market, Simon Food Market, Simon's <br />Liquor Store, Inc., Mounds View Standard, Country Kitchen, and Martin Oil Service, Inc.; <br />soline Station - Bob's Gulf Station, Martin Oil Service, Inc.; General Contractor - F. P. <br />L z & Co.; Non - Intoxicating Off Sale - Launching Pad Supper Club, Fedor's Market, and <br />mon Food Market; Sewer & Water - B & B Excavating. <br />MSP (Pickar- Hodges) To approve the following bills: Check #6795 thru <br />6843, Check #6847thru $6849. Payroll checks #3062 thru #3083. Total <br />$40,064.67. <br />MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To approve check #6840, the final estimate <br />A to McDonald & Associates, and to enter into a one year maintenance <br />in the amount of $82,128.80. <br />5 Ayes <br />6839, Check #6841 thru <br />disbursements <br />5 Ayes <br />Project 1972 -3 Schedule <br />agreement. Check #6840 <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve check #6844 transferring $4,689.21 from 1972 -3 Fund to <br />Sewer Utility to repay money borrowed from Sewer Utility Fund 10/24/72 to pay costs of <br />1972 -3 until bond monies arrived; to approve check #6845 transferring $36,130.00 from <br />1971 -1 Construction Fund per bond record book - 655M to Improvement Bond Fund; and to <br />approve check #6846 transferring $5,378.82 from Special Police Department Fund to pay <br />salaries and other police costs in November to the General Fund. <br />5 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers was instructed to draw up an ordinance creating a Special Police Department <br />Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla informed the Council that he notified White Oak Builders to either <br />vacate the upstairs or downstairs of their model home at 7090 Silver Lake Road by January <br />3, 1973. The Council extended the deadline at the request of Mr. Dropps to January 15, 1973. <br />rk Zylla announced that the partnership that existed between Donald Marrone and Charles <br />
