MSP (Neisen- Hodges) That Ramsey County bear 100% of the maintenance cost <br />of the semaphore. <br />Original motion then passed on a vote of 5 Ayes, <br />Councilman Pickar announced that May 14 through 20th would be National Guard <br />week and that the Mayor would be receiving a proclamation. <br />Council directed the Clerk to send a letter to the gas company instructing them <br />that gas meters are not to be installed until approval of the building inspector <br />has been granted. <br />-6- <br />5 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To adopt Ordinance #202 amending Chapter 100 entitled <br />"Intoxicatipg Liquor!! increasing the liquor license fee to $3,800.00 per year <br />and regulating lingerie shows. 4 Ayes <br />Neisen Naye <br />Engineer Bearden's Report <br />MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To approve relocation of a drainage ditch on the T.M. <br />Wilmus property north of County Road H2 and west of Long Lake Road subject to <br />the proper transfer of easements and approval from Ramsey County. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To refer the file of Birkeland, Weidemann, and Birchem <br />to the Village Attorney for his recommendation.
