From General - $8,004.92, from <br />Water - $1,354.00, from Sewer - $769.14. Total disbursements $58,133.63. <br />Clerk Zylla announced that he has spoken with Mr. Gydeson regarding the Anchor Inn <br />and has found out that there is a possibility that he may yet construct the restaurant <br />on the location approved in March. The Council gave Clerk Zylla authority to rescind <br />the hearing scheduled for the 24th of September, which was set to revert the zoning <br />back from B3 to R1, if Mr. Gydeson contacts him with a favorable report by September <br />14th, 1973. <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To set an improvement hearing for Project 1973 -4 for 7:30 p.m. on <br />November 19, 1973. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To set a budget hearing for 8:00 p.m. on October 1, 1973. 5 Ayes <br />Clerk Zylla announced that he contacted Mrs. Birkeland as he was directed to do by the <br />Council last meeting and has found out that they will not construct the necessary <br />drainage improvement in Birkeland Addition at their own expense. The Council asked the <br />Clerk to invite Mr. Birkeland together with Mr. Skiba to an agenda meeting. <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve the Planned Use Report Entitlement Period No. 4 desig- <br />nating $44,266.00 to be used for general government capital expenditures. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve Appendix "C" <br />Village of Mounds View and Local #49 amending <br />the provision that overtime be distributed as <br />that overtime be distributed on a seniority ba <br />to the Master Contract between the <br />the section relative to overtime, deleting <br />equally as practicable and substituting <br />sis. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To change the regular Council Meeting dates in October to the <br />9th and 23rd because of the legal holidays on the 8th and 22nd. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve the subdivision request of Raymond Sylite to subdivide <br />Lot 104, Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition subject to the payment of $1,733.16 in <br />additional assessments. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To instruct the Clerk to contact Mr. Beyers in reference <br />to JRO Estates informing him that the rough grading in his subdivision must be done in <br />conformance with the Villages request for a holding pond before the preliminary plat <br />will be approved. 5 Ayes <br />Clerk Zylla informed the Council that he has contacted Employer's Overload and <br />requested the addition of two men on a temporary basis to assist with the crack filling <br />of Village streets. <br />Mayor Neisen acknowledged that the Council attended an open house at Century- Mercury <br />Motor Freight on Sunday, September 9, 1973 which was very well received by everyone <br />in attendance. <br />Councilman Johnson's Report <br />MSP (Johnson - Baumgartner) On the recommendation of James Schlichtmann to hire William <br />
