MSP (Neisen - Johnson) To direct Attorney Meyers to check out the details of entering <br />into an agreement between Mr. Edes and the City giving Mr. Edes permission to excavate <br />15,000 yards of fill at Ardan Park provided Mr. Edes is desirous of obtaining that <br />amount of fill from the site. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Pickar - Johnson) To authorize the issuance of a building permit for McDonald's <br />Restaurant at 2201 Highway #10 subject to the approval of the plans and specifications <br />by the building inspector and fire chief. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To authorize the issuance of four building permits to <br />construct four (35 unit) apartment buildings at Scotland Green Apartments by T. M. <br />Willmus Construction Company. (Phase III). 4 Ayes <br />Councilman Hodges arrived at 9:28 P.M. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Pickar) To authorize an increase in the park and recreation budget <br />from $65,225.00 to $69,390.00 and to amend the projected revenues in the budget for <br />1974 as submitted by the administrator. 4 Ayes <br />Neisen Naye <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the grading plan for Ery Herbst to grade the property <br />behind 2299 County Road H. 5 Ayes <br />Councilman Johnson's Report <br />Councilman Johnson reported that he and Councilman Baumgartner have reviewed various <br />ordinances dealing with the parking of commercial vehicles in residential districts. <br />He submitted the regulations to the administrator and asked him to come up with a <br />proposed regulation for Mounds View. <br />Councilman Baumgartner's Report <br />Councilman Baumgartner read the Planning Commission minutes of March 27, 1974. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Neisen) To approve the subdivision of Doug Kazmierczak in Section <br />6 Unplatted land, parcel no. 030 -22 into the east 239 feet and the west 234 feet <br />subject to a cash park land dedication in conformance with Ordinance 42.07, Subdivision <br />2. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To approve the subdivision of Jerry Dirks to subdivide Unplatted <br />lands, Section 6,parcel no. 020 -03, into the east 1/2 and the west 1/2 thereof. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To approve the subdivision changing the lot line between Lot <br />1 and Lot 7, Block 2, Johnson Terrace adding 29 feet to Lot 7 for Ohnestad and Culhane <br />subject to receipt of the survey. 5 Ayes <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges said he received a call to clean up the pond area behind 2215 Bronson <br />Drive as part of the clean up day campaign. Mayor Neisen felt that it should be <br />handled as a special project. <br />
