Attorney Meyers' Report <br />MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement <br />waiving the City's right to a five foot utility easement midway between Lot 13 <br />Knollwood Park Addition. <br />Attorney Meyers submitted a legal opinion to the City on the regulation or enforce- <br />ment of speed limits in mobile home parks. <br />Attorney Meyers presented copies of Resolution No. 624. <br />5 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers presented the appraisal report on Lot 3, Block 1, Mounds View Industrial <br />Park. The appraisal was necessary to determine the value of 42.86 acres for the cash <br />dedication required by Ordinance 42.07. The cash dedication required amounted to <br />$17,100.00. Attorney Meyers was instructed to request the total amount and if that <br />was not possible from the owner to request 1/3 immediately and the remaining amount in <br />two equal annual installments. <br />Attorney Meyers reporting on the Minor property acquisition stated that the City and <br />the owners are close to an agreement and he expects condemnation to be avoided. <br />Engineer Bearden's Report <br />MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To receive the bids for Water Improvement Project 1973 -5 and <br />to award the bid to C. W.
