-2- <br />MSP (Neisen - Pickar) To send a letter to Robert Waste, owner of the area east of <br />the Launching Pad Supper Club which has caused several problems of the nuisance nature <br />due to blowing sand, giving him until Monday evening, April 29th as a deadline to <br />seed and provide some form of base material on the site in order to eliminate the <br />blowing sand. 4 Ayes <br />Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Hodges - Baumgartner) To approve the licenses: Excavating - Belair Builders, <br />Inc.; Garbage /Rubbish Hauler - Banks Sanitation, Atlas Disposal Service, Inc.; <br />General Contractor - Lowe Fence Company, D. W. Construction, Inc. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the bills: General Fund checks #8420 through <br />#8467, Payroll Account checks #1085 and #1086, Payroll checks #974 through #997, <br />and transfer check #8468 transferring $12,805.96 to the Payroll Account to pay <br />gross pay of April 30, 1974. From General - $10,225.17, from Water - $1,511.71, <br />from Sewer - $1,069.08. Total disbursements $39,622,01. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve Check No. 113 transferring on a loan basis <br />$50,000.00 to Project 1973 -4 Fund, $30,000.00 to Project 1973 -5 Fund, $30,000000 <br />to Project 1973 -6 Fund to pay costs of condemnation and construction prior to <br />receipt of bond proceeds - at 87 interest from the Improvement Bond Fund. <br />4 Ayes <br />Mayor Neisen recognized Mr. James Johnson of the Businessmen's Association in the <br />audience. Mr. Hawkinson informed the Council that in order to assist with Clean <br />Up Day on April 27th, the Mounds View Businessmen's Association had obtained a <br />donation of hot dog.bUns :•from.:a. breadacompany and Gordon Fedor was donating 40 <br />pounds of weiners. The Association is giving a check for $25.00 and the JC's - <br />$50.00.
