MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) To require that both subdivisions passed tonight prior <br />to the enactment of Ordinance No. 216 be required to dedicate cash or land as <br />dictated by the terms of the amended ordinance. <br />A motion and second to direct the preparation of an Ordinance clarifying that fences <br />be installed up to the lot line, that they be no more than 42 inches in the front <br />yard and have 90% visibility on corner lots were withdrawn in order that the Council <br />may have more time to familiarize themselves with the issue. Copies of fence <br />ordinances of other municipalities were requested. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />The Council received a copy of proposed Chapter 93 to the Municipal Code entitled <br />the Public Health Housing Code.
