MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To authorize that Dennis Zylla be paid $8.50 per hour
<br />for work performed for the City of Mounds View effective July 1, 1974 until
<br />his replacement has been hired and oriented to the job.
<br />Mayor Neisen read a letter from Senator John Milton thanking the Council for
<br />arranging to meet with him.
<br />MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) Rescinding the Council action taken in Resolution
<br />#606 regarding the Metro Rate Authority, due to State -Wide regulation of
<br />utilities.
<br />Mayor Neisen read a letter from Mr. Buckman and Levers, 5255 and 5261
<br />Sunnyside Road requesting $100.00 each in damages for grading of the drainage
<br />way between Sunnyside and Red Oak Drives. He added that the releases taken
<br />by a resident in the area have not yet been returned, and the Council will
<br />expect Mr. Harstad to repair the area as specified in the June 4th letter
<br />that he had sign0d.
