MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) To authorize the #320 Metropolitan Area Management <br />negotiating committee to bargain with Local #320 for 1975 contract language <br />and top patrolman rate. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) <br />To reject the application of the International <br />Meditation Society to use the hall on Mondays or Tuesdays as requested. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) That special assessments from subdivisions of corner lots <br />be deposited in the Revolving Fund since the bond funds are adequate to meet <br />debt obligations based on the 1973 Ehlers Report; and to deposit a check for <br />$1,733.16 from R. Sylite into the fund. <br />MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To hire Ron Hanson as a volleyball attendent at <br />$2,00 per hour, Larry Wright as a part -time summer park maintenance man at <br />$2.50 per hour, and Allen Applegate, Pam Patterson, and Mary Graham, as <br />playground leaders under the Summer Youth Employment Program at $2.00 per <br />hour. <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges announced a housing seminar in Brooklyn Center on June 25th, <br />and that he was appointed to the Metro Council Metropolitan Significance <br />Committee. <br />Councilman Hodges said he has received several good comments on the last City <br />newsletter. <br />Councilman Baumgartner's Report <br />Councilman Baumgartner announced that the next Planning Commission meeting <br />will be Wednesday and the Park and Recreation Commission meeting Thursday. <br />Councilman Baumgartner explained that the park program is not self supporting <br />as far as playgrounds and tiny tots go. Other recreation activities based <br />on fees and charges are self supporting. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Pickar) To give the authority to Doug Bryant to pursue a <br />more effective management and financial arrangement for the operation and <br />maintenance of Lakeside Park, with no deterioration of facilities and service <br />for the residents of Spring Lake Park and Mounds View. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) To adopt Ordinance No. 217 <br />map. <br />MSP (Neisen - Baumgartner) To adopt Ordinance No. 218 <br />year elections for the mayor and council. <br />amending the zoning <br />setting biennial even <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To adopt Ordinance No. 219 amending Chapter 63, the <br />Code, making certain language modifications to the Code. <br />Fire <br />MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To adopt Ordinance No. 220, the Public Health Housing <br />Code. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />
