Total Disbursements $31,408.02. <br />5 Ayes <br />COUNCILMAN JOHNSON'S REPORT <br />Councilman Johnson read the resignation notice submitted by Maridelle Wamhoff. <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To accept Maridelle Wamhoff's resignation as Administrative <br />Secretary. <br />5 Ayes <br />Mayor Neisen expressed thanks and regrets to Maridelle. He felt she was a great <br />asset to the City and she did a tremendous job and publicly thanked her for the <br />great job she did while she was employed by the City. <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To advertise for Administrative Secretary. <br />5 Ayes <br />Councilman Johnson inquired about the letter we sent to various people to find <br />out what the situation was on sidewalks. <br />Acting Deputy Clerk Peddycoart reported that we had received one response from <br />the City of St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners. <br />Mayor Neisen read the letter which stated if a sidewalk is constructed then the <br />following conditions should prevail: 1. The Board will not be assessed for any <br />such improvement. 2. In the event that maintenance of the conduits requires <br />removal or replacement of sidewalk, such cost would be the responsibility of the <br />City of Mounds View. <br />Acting Deputy Clerk Peddycoart returned the petition submitted by John Bluhm <br />at the last Council Meeting for a sidewalk along County Rd. I from Long Lake Rd. <br />to Pinewood School. The petition did not have the required 35% signatures. <br />Mayor Neisen asked Engineer Bearden if any other information has come in from <br />the County. <br />
