Page 7 <br />October 14, 1975 <br />Mayor Johnson read the letter from Mr. Jerry Ackerman, requesting a <br />sanitary sewer service for subdivided property at 8454 Spring Lake Road. <br />Administrator Achen reported that Mr. Ackerman had been notified by letter <br />that in order to effect this extension of services it would be necessary <br />to respond as soon as possible as to his intention. Because we did not <br />receive any response prior to this letter the change order was not processed. <br />Ice Comstock stated that the project is very close to completion and <br />this would now involve extension of the project time and additional cost <br />will be involved. <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to direct Engineer Comstock to determine the <br />approximate cost of the change order to extend facilities to Mr. Ackerman's <br />property and that these cost estimates be given to Mr. Ackerman to see <br />if he is willing to pick up the whole cost of the extension and also to <br />accept the letter from Mr. Ackerman as a formal petition for this project. <br />Mayor Johnson announced the subdivision request of Marvin Schluter, 8312 <br />Spring Lake Road. He read the Planning Commission recommendation concerning <br />this request. <br />Mr. Jerry Foss was representing Mr. Schluter and he went over the subdivision <br />with Council. <br />and one lot on Spring Lake Road, <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to approve th minor subdivision request of Mr. Schluter <br />creating two lots on Pleasant View as drawn on Exhibit Al creating three lots <br />Lot A 120' X 207', Lot B 120' X 239' X 125' X274' and Lot C 125' X 241' X 120' <br />X 209' stipulating that a five foot utility easement be granted on the <br />west lot line of Lot C, and that an additional five foot utility easement <br />be added onto the existing road easement on the east line of Lot C, and <br />a similar five foot utility easement to be added to the road easement on <br />the west line of Lot B. <br />Mayor Johnson presented the subdivision request of Mr. Brogger, 8316 <br />Spring Lake Road. <br />MSP (Johnson - Shelquist) to approve the minor subdivision request of Larry <br />Brogger creating three lots. Lot A 228' X 151', Lot B 218' X 152' X 171' <br />X 161', Lot C 241' X 154' X 285' X 161', subject to dedication of a five <br />foot utility easement on the back lot line of the westerly lot and further <br />that a five foot utility easement fronting on the westerly lot and <br />middle lot on Pleasant View as noted on Exhibit A2. <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) to reconsider the original motion of the Schluter 5 Ayes <br />subdivision. <br />MSP (Johnson- Baumgartner) to amend the motion stipulating the original <br />five feet utility easement of the Schluter minor subdivision on the back <br />of the westerly lot be granted. 5 Ayes <br />Vote on the main motion. 5 Ayes <br />
