-4- <br />of the Snowmobile Club. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Shelquist) to adjourn the special hearing at 9:25. <br />5 ayes <br />Administrator Achen read to the Council Resolution #699 regarding <br />apportioning of assessments on the Ingvald Johnson minor subdivision <br />prior to the major plat. <br />MSP (Hodges - Shelquist) Resolution #699 to reapportion the assessments <br />of the Ingvald Johnson minor subdivision. 5 ayes <br />Administrator Achen read Resolution #700 regarding the minor subdivision <br />of Richard Hull. He said that Comstock and Davis states that there <br />is some area assessment remaining on residual property because the <br />owner did not divide the original property in half. <br />MSP (Pickar - Baumgartner) Resolution #700 to reapportion the assessments <br />of Richard Hull. 5 ayes <br />Administrator Achen read the ordinance amending Chp. 6, Personnel, <br />of the Municipal Code. There were questions regarding sick leave, <br />so Mr. Achen suggested deleting Section 2 and renumbering, and he will <br />submit another amendment to the ordinance in January with sick leave, <br />as it is incomplete as it reads now. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Hodges) Ordinance #240 with the stipulation <br />that Section 2 be deleted. 5 ayes <br />Administrator Achen read Resolution #702 to the Council regarding <br />the establishment of salaries, wages and benefits of employees for 1976. <br />Resolution #702 was moved by Councilman Hodges and seconded by Councilman <br />Pickar. Mayor Johnson suggested tabling it temporarily. <br />Engineer Bearden said that he had checked on delivery on the lights, <br />and as he had nothing further to report left at 10:15. <br />Councilman Baumgartner asked Administrator Achen to follow up as to <br />when the speed limit signs will be changed. <br />The Council meeting was recessed for 10 minutes. Following this, <br />discussion was held regarding salaries. The meeting was reconvened <br />at 10:55 pm. <br />Mayor Johnson moved to amend the motion for the approval of Resolution <br />#702, striking the total section on "Hourly Employees" and inserting <br />in its place the words: "Eva Melhouse, secretary to the administrator, <br />increase to $4.36 at the end of her probationary period and will <br />remain at that level during the remainder of the year 1976. Dorothy <br />Sandgren, Sr. Accounting Clerk, will go to $4.92 as of January 1, 1976, <br />Misha Moran, Sr. Accounting Clerk, to $4.37 as of January 1, 1976, <br />Carol Waide, Administrative Secretary, increase to $4.32 and remain <br />at that level for the remainder of 1976, and Patricia Caski, Clerk <br />Typist, at the end of her probationary period, will be increased to <br />$3.40 per hour and will remain at that level for the remainder of 1976." <br />
