Special meeting <br />-2- January 19, 1976 <br />was that he could not get a garden to grow because the soil was <br />so spongy and waterlogged. Stated that all the homes on St. <br />Michaels and St. Stephens north of County Rd. I had water in <br />their basements. <br />Mayor Johnson, 5140 Greenwood Drive - noted problem at corner of <br />Quincy, County Rd. I and Pinewood approximately 4 houses west <br />on Pinewood from Quincy, water stands 1 -2 feet deep on road. <br />Stated also standing surface water problem on south side of <br />County Rd. I just east of Greenfield. <br />Robert McKinney, 8071 Eastwood - just north of County Rd. I on <br />Eastwood water stand 6 -8 inches deep in road near stop sign <br />at County Rd. I. <br />Darrell Turner stated that he and others present who live on <br />Pleasant View Drive are immediately concerned about the <br />proposed street improvements in their area. They are concerned <br />that only necessary improvements are needed and not excessive <br />luxury improvements. <br />Elaine Johnson, 2287 County Rd.
