PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Johnson on March 8, 1976, at 8:03 p.m., <br />at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112. <br />Present: Mayor Johnson Also present: Clerk - Admin. Achen <br />Councilman Hodges Attorney Meyers <br />Councilman Baumgartner Engineer Bearden <br />Councilman Pickar <br />Councilman Shelquist <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Hodges) to approve the minutes of February 23, <br />1976, regular meeting. 5 ayes <br />There were not citizen comments or suggestions. <br />Schluter - Brogger request to plat 8312 -8316 Spring Lake Road. <br />Administrator Achen explained that this plat consolidates the <br />three minor subdivisions previously approved and one additional <br />lot split. They have agreed to match the back lot lines as <br />requested by the Planning Commission. <br />MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to approve the subdivision request of <br />Schluter - Brogger in accordance with Schedule A which is a copy <br />of the plat map of Pleasant View Estates dated March 8, 1976, <br />subject to the applicable park dedication being paid. <br />Lloyd Bardwell request to subdivide 8493 Spring Lake Road. <br />Administrator Achen stated that the Planning Commission approved <br />the subdivision with the stipulation that prior to issuance <br />of a building permit a satisfactory drainage and grading plan <br />be submitted. <br />MSP (Hodges - Shelquist) to approve the minor subdivision of Lloyd <br />Bardwell, 8493 Spring Lake Road, according to Schedule A of <br />the Bardwell file and with the stipulation in the Planning <br />Commission's minutes for a satisfactory drainage and grading <br />plan to be approved by the inspection department before the <br />building permit is issued. <br />August Spitzer request to subdivide 7889 Woodlawn Drive. <br />Administrator Achen said that the Planning Commission approved <br />the subdivision with no additional requirements other than <br />those submitted. <br />MSP (Shelquist- Pickar) to approve the subdivision for August <br />Spitzer, 7889 Woodlawn Drive, creating two lots as outlined in <br />the Planning Commission minutes of February 25, 1976. <br />Robert Carlson request extension of final plat deadline for <br />White Oak Estates Third Addition. Ron Murphy, surveyor for <br />Comstock & Davis, stated that since the circumstances are <br />5 ayes <br />5 ayes <br />5 ayes <br />
