PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Acting Mayor Hodges on July 12, 1976, at 8:00 pm, at Mounds View <br />City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN. 55112. <br />Present: Acting Mayor Hodges <br />Councilman Baumgartner <br />Councilman Pickar <br />Councilman Shelquist <br />Also present: Clerk - Administrator <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Hubbard <br />MSP (Shelquist- Baumgartner) to approve the minutes of June 28, 1976, <br />regular meeting. 4 ayes <br />There were no citizen comments or requests. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Ad. Achen asked that Item B be removed from the consent agenda <br />with regard to B. Glommen Sno-Kones as the Dept. of Agriculture <br />has to license them. <br />MSP (Baumgartner -- Pickar) to approve the following consent agenda <br />items, with the exception of Item B: 4 ayes <br />ITEM A. Approve, as recommended by Planning Commission, minor subdivision <br />request of Floyd and Edna Visger to create two lots from existing prop- <br />erty located at 7815 Woodlawn Drive. East lot to be 125.0 feet frontage <br />and 131.39 feet deep; west lot to be 125.0 feet frontage and 162.0 <br />feet deep. Five foot utility easements to be provided on back lines <br />of both lots. <br />ITEM C. Bills for approval attached. <br />ITEM D. Appoint the following personnel: <br />Steve Schams Summer Park Maintenance <br />Mark Nelson Recreation Attendant II <br />Lori Sullivan Recreation Aide <br />Janese Bisset Recreation Aide <br />Gregory E. Yeager - Building Inspector (temporary) <br />ITEM D. Approve expenditure of Revenue Sharing funds for the <br />following engineering equipment: <br />Surveying equipment /supplies 51,600 <br />Office furniture /supplies: <br />desk & chair 290 <br />4- drawer lateral file 2.10 <br />2- drawer lateral file 120 <br />2 side chairs 115 <br />miscellaneous 150 <br />Drafting equipment /supplies 515 <br />Total: $3,000 <br />
