PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Pickar on October 12, 1976, at 8:05 p.m., at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway <br />10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Present: Mayor Pickar <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Councilmember Shelquist <br />Councilmember Baumgartner <br />Councilmember Hodges arrived at 8:10 p.m. <br />Also present: Clerk - Admin. Achen <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Hubbard <br />MSP (Shelquist- Rowley) to approve the minutes of September 27, 1976 as presented. 4 ayes <br />CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />There were none. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilmember Shelquist asked that Item J be removed from the consent agenda. <br />Councilmember Hodges arrived at 8:10 p.m. <br />Administrator Achen suggested that since Mr. Gustafson has asked for a post- <br />ponement of the public hearing, Item E be moved up to 9:00 p.m. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Shelquist) to approve the following consent agenda items: 5 ayes <br />ITEM A. Set public hearing on Widger Addition preliminary plat for 8:10 p.m. <br />Monday, October 25, 1976. <br />ITEM B. Set public hearing on extension of Knollwood Drive south of Ardan <br />Avenue for 8:20 p.m. Monday, October 25, 1976. <br />ITEM C. Set public hearing on Payne Addition preliminary plat for 8:50 p.m. <br />Monday, October 25, 1976. <br />ITEM F. Set special City Council meeting for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, <br />1976, to canvass votes from the municipal election and to replace the regular <br />November 1, 1976, Council agenda session which shall be postponed until <br />November 3rd. <br />ITEM G. Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (9/22/76 minutes), <br />minor subdivision request of Eugene A. Koll to create two lots from existing <br />property at 8432 Eastwood Road. The east lot fronting Sunnyside Road shall be <br />101.26 x 234.03 feet. The west lot fronting Eastwood Road shall be 101.26x234.04 <br />feet. A five foot utility easement shall be provided on the rear line of each lot. <br />ITEM H. Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (9/22/76 minutes), <br />minor subdivision request of Victor Loeffler to create two lots from existing <br />property at 8338 Long Lake Road. The west lot fronting Greenwood Drive shall <br />be 100.01 feet wide by 195 feet deep with a five foot utility easement on the <br />
