Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (8/25 & 9/22/76 minutes), <br />minor subdivision request of Ed A. Erickson to create two lots from existing pro- <br />perty at 8265 Spring Lake Road. The west lot fronting on Spring Lake Road shall <br />be 80x218 feet with a 5 foot utility easement along the east property line. The <br />east lot shall be the remaining portion of the original parcel. A 5 foot utility <br />easement shall be provided on the west line of the east lot. <br />ITEM K. Approve request for extension to November 30, 1976, of final plat sub- <br />mission deadline for Greenwood Terrace plat. It will be on the next consent agenda. There <br />will probably be one public hearing on a special use permit for the north four <br />lots and another public hearing for the rezoning of the southern 18 lots. <br />BRONSO J OAKS FINAL PLAT <br />Councilmember Shelquist stated that Item J was suppose to meet the conditions set <br />by the engineer and staff. Has this beencbne? AdministratorAchen stated that because <br />of some changes being made at the County, the final plat has not been approved by <br />them yet. Once the plat is signed by the County it would come to the Council for <br />final signatures. The developer would like this done before the October 25 meeting <br />so they are asking the City's approval, subject to County approval. <br />
