PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A special meeting of the Mounds View City Council acting as <br />a Canvassing Board was called to order by Mayor Pickar at 7:07 <br />p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 1976, at the Mounds View City <br />Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112. <br />Present: Mayor Pickar Also present: Admin. Achen <br />Councilmember Hodges <br />Coucilmember Baumgartner Absent: Atty. Meyers <br />Councilmember Shelquist Eng. Hubbard <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Administrator Achen presented the election results of November 2, <br />1976, for all City precincts. He noted that 5,565 voters cast <br />ballots and that 1,689 new voters registered at the polls on <br />election day. The Council discussed the election results and <br />election procedures. <br />MSP (Hodges - Shelquist) to certify the municipal election results <br />as presented by the Clerk - Administrator and which are as follows: <br />MAYOR <br />L.
