January 24, 1977 Page 10 <br />Roll call vote: Councilmember 7iebarth - nay <br />Councilmember Hodges - aye <br />Councilmember Baumgartner - nay <br />Councilmember Rowley - aye <br />Mayor Pickar - aye. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth stated that unless it can be applied for all <br />people he did not think it should be applied to one. <br />Bill Thompson, 2153 Buckingham, asked if homes would be moved <br />during the winter months. Attorney Meyers stated that people <br />could not live in the home unless it was tied down. Administrator <br />Achen stated that there were requirements like this for single <br />family homes too. <br />Mr. Thompson stated that he felt there should be a 60 to 90 day <br />grace period. Mayor Pickar stated that there would be problems <br />with enforcement any other way. <br />Mayor Pickar stated that there may be a need for some changes to the <br />ordinance that was passed tonight. <br />Councilmember Rowley stated that the Council will have to take some <br />of these things into consideration. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner explained that the Attorney would now <br />write an ordinance and bring it to the Council. The Council can <br />add in things and make ehanges if they wish. <br />At 10:09 p.m. Mayor Pickar closed the public hearing. <br />Mayor Pickar recessed the meeting at 10:10 p.m. The meeting was <br />called back to order at 10:20 p.m. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 302 REGARDING 1977 RAMSEY COUNTY LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS <br />Mayor Pickar stated that the proposals were reviewed and the Council <br />came up with a stand on certain issues. These were put into resolution <br />form. <br />AdministratorAchen reviewed the proposed resolution. <br />MSP (Pickar- Baumgartner) for the adoption of Resolution 802. 5 ayes <br />ADMINISTRATOR ACHEN'S REPORT Administrator Achen stated that there <br />were some problems on how to submit the application for the Community <br />Development Block Grant. <br />Mayor Pickar stated that the first priority was land acqui si ti on for <br />storm water detention ponds and the second priority was for park <br />improvements. <br />
