Mr. Hall stated that everything remains <br />the same on his plan as he presented it to the Council last year. His only <br />reason for requesting a place on the agenda was that his financing was in the <br />final stages and he expected to receive the go -ahead from the bank the next day. <br />Administrator Achen asked if i.;lsere were any <br />remodeling on time. Mr. Hall stated he was <br />Pete Gilbert, would complete the remodeling <br />that they be open for business by September <br />for next year. <br />anticipated problems in completing the <br />very confident that the contractor, <br />within three months. 's. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner asked if the drainage plan for the parking lot area had <br />changed at all. Mr. Hall replied that the plans had not changed one bit, which <br />
