Mr. Hall stated that everything remains <br />the same on his plan as he presented it to the Council last year. His only <br />reason for requesting a place on the agenda was that his financing was in the <br />final stages and he expected to receive the go -ahead from the bank the next day. <br />Administrator Achen asked if i.;lsere were any <br />remodeling on time. Mr. <br />Hall plans to keep the game room about the same size as his present one, with two <br />pool tables, three foose ball tables and a line of pinball machines. <br />Mr. Hall stated that the Mermaid has a very clean reputation and is not know for <br />its problems in crowd control, etc. Last year he spent $30,00 in salary and <br />benefits for people to check crowd control and I.D. 's. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner asked if the drainage plan for the parking lot area had <br />changed at all. Mr. Hall replied that the plans had not changed one bit, which <br />
