October 11, 1977 Page 5 <br />Mayor Pickar asked if the Council members would have a chance to review their <br />resumes before the meeting. Councilmember Baumgartner replied that Administrator <br />Achen had all the available information on each candidate and that they could con- <br />tact him for this information. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner stated that the Planning Commission would be meeting at <br />7:30 PM on October 12 and that one of the items on the agenda was the discussion <br />of home occupations and the City ordinance governing it. He stated that the Planning <br />Commission would be reviewing it, clarifying it or redefining it and then making an <br />recommendation to the Council. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner reported that within the past two or three weeks, Northeast <br />Marine had moved into the building on the southwest corner of Highway 10 and Silver <br />Lake Road and that they wanted to put up a sign advertising that they were there, <br />but were told it would require Council approval. <br />Mayor Pickar replied that the owner should contact Steve Rose to find out the require- <br />ments of signs. <br />MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT <br />Mayor Pickar asked Engineer Hubbard when Bauer's would be opening up their business. <br />Engineer Hubbard replied that he was not certain of the date but would check into it. <br />MSP (Ziebarth- Rowley) to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 PM. 4 ayes <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mark Achen <br />Clerk - Administrator <br />
