PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by acting <br />Mayor Hodges at 7:30 PM on October 24, 1977 at the Mounds View City Hall, <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. <br />Members Present: Also Present: <br />Acting Mayor Hodges <br />Councilmember Ziebarth <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Councilmember Baumgartner <br />Clerk- Administrator Achen <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Hubbard <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Ziebarth) to approve the minutes of the October 11, 1977 <br />meeting as presented. 4 ayes <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />There were no citizen comments or requests. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MSP (Baumgartner-Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as follows: 4 ayes <br />ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 869 authorizing execution of Development <br />Agreement 77 -12 with Sunnyside Builders for construction of <br />a duplex located at the southwest corner of County Road H -2 <br />and Edgewood Drive. This development agreement is pursuant <br />to Council's action May 26, 1977, rezoning this parcel to <br />accommodate a two- family rather than single family dwelling. <br />The terms of the development agreement are essentially the <br />same as those of Development Agreement 77 -11 with Steven <br />Loeffler: $1,000 performance guarantee, a front yard tree, <br />paved driveway, appropriate grading for surface drainage. <br />ITEM B. Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (10/12/77 <br />minutes), the minor subdivision of Mitchell Gwiazdon to • <br />create two lots from property located at 7555 Spring Lake <br />Road. The existing parcel shall be divided into two equal <br />parcels each with 82.5 feet of frontage on Spring Lake Road. <br />A variance of the 85 foot frontage minimum requirement <br />is hereby authorized for both lots. <br />ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 870 certifying a special assessment of <br />$377 to Lot 1, Block 1, Baik'sAddition. The assessment shall <br />be spread at 8% annual interest over a 13 -year period. <br />
