January 23, 1978 Page 10 <br />MSP (Ziebarth- Hodges) to approve the total base bid and alternate bids of $18,478.00 <br />from Elview Construction for Project 1978 -2. 5 ayes <br />MSP (Pickar- Hodges) to amend the previous motion and add that the additional funds <br />required will come from the Revenue Sharing Fund. 5 ayes <br />EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE <br />Administrator Achen reported that he did not have all the necessary information yet <br />on the health insurance and that he would present it at the next agenda meeting. <br />ADMINISTRATOR ACHEN'S REPORT <br />Administrator Achen reported that there was a problem with the storm sewer drainage <br />hearing set for February 21, 1978 in that the schools were closed that whole week <br />for energy conservation so another place would have to be found for the hearing. <br />He stated that the City Hall basement could possibly hold 150 people, and recommended <br />contacting the Bel -Rae Ballroom to see if they would be available. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner recommended checking with Bel -Rae for either February 21, <br />22 or 23, and if it was not available for any of those dates, set it for March 20, <br />when the Mayor and City Attorney would be back in town. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Ziebarth) that the storm water public hearing be set for either <br />February 21, 22 or 23 at the Bel Rae Ballroom, if available, and if it is not <br />available, that the meeting be scheduled for March 20, 1978 at Edgewood Junior <br />High School at 7:30 PM. <br />Administrator Achen reported that he plans on writing letters to Representative <br />Neisen and Senator Knaak with any suggestions the Council might have for the present <br />legislative session, and also recommended that the Council request that they keep <br />the City up to date on any legislation relative to the Anoka County Airport or new <br />T.H. 10, and that the Council urge reenactment of the special levy for diseased <br />trees probrams. <br />Administrator Achen also reported that he had attended a meeting of the Metropolitan <br />Airport Commission the previous week and gave a summary of that meeting. <br />ATTORNEY MEYERS' REPORT <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. <br />ENGINEER HUBBARD'S REPORT <br />Engineer Hubbard had no report. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HODGES' REPORT <br />Councilmember Hodges had no report. <br />5 ayes <br />
