March 27, 1978 Page 9 <br />Bill Werner stated that he believed the $37,000 for the study was well spent <br />and stated he felt it was time for the citizens to get off the Council's back.. <br />He added that he had confidence in the Task Force. <br />Peter Sargent 2268 Knoll read a statement from the Steering Committee asking that <br />the Task Force be kept informed of what is going on. <br />Mrs. Helseth, 7666 Knollwood stated that she would like to make sure the Task <br />Force is made up of citizens from all over the City. Mayor Pickar replied that <br />the volunteers they have so far are from all over the City. Mayor Pickar replied that not all of them had been contacted yet <br />and some that had been contacted had not confirmed it yet. <br />Councilmember Rowley stated that the Task Force would be set up before the meeting <br />was adjourned as they wanted to get going as soon as possible and added that after <br />the agenda session, anyone who felt they could not serve could decline at that time. <br />She added that she hoped the Task Force could be left open tonight so that any <br />others who were interested could still check into it. <br />
