April 24, 1978 Page 16 <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Ziebarth) to terminate the contract with G &L Sealcoating and <br />enter into a contract with Clean Sweep. 4 ayes <br />COUNCILMEMBER ZIEBARTH'S REPORT <br />Councilmember Ziebarth reported that there would be a Park and Recreation Department <br />meeting on April 27 at 6:30 PM. <br />COUNCILMEMBER BAUMGARTNER'S REPORT <br />Councilmember Baumgartner expressed concern over AMM raising their yearly rate and <br />suggested that a comment should be made at the AMM meeting. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner reported that there would be a Planning Commission meeting <br />on April 26 at 7:30 PM. <br />COUNCILMEMBER ROWLEY'S REPORT <br />Councilmember Rowley had no report. <br />MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT <br />Mayor Pickar reported that Duane McCarty had requested a comment he made at the <br />March 27 City Council meeting be removed from the minutes, the sixth paragraph <br />on page 5, second sentence. <br />MSP (Ziebarth - Pickar) to remove the second sentence, sixth paragraph, page 5 from <br />the March 27, 1978 City Council meeting minutes. 4 ayes <br />MSP (Rowley - Ziebarth) to adjourn the meeting at 1:25 AM. 4 ayes <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mark Achen <br />Clerk /Administrator <br />
