PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Pickar at 7:30 PM on June 12, 1978 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. <br />Members Present: Also Present: <br />Mayor Pickar <br />Councilmember Ziebarth <br />Councilmember Baumgartner <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Clerk /Administrator Achen <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Hubbard <br />Mayor Pickar reported that Councilmember Hodges was out of town on business. <br />MSP (Rowley- Baumgartner) to approve the minutes of the May 22, 1978 regular <br />meeting. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Rowley) to approve the minutes of the May 30, 1978 special <br />meeting. <br />CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />Loie Halseth asked that the spelling of her name be corrected on page 3 of the <br />May 22, 1978 minutes. Mayor Pickar replied that it would be corrected. <br />4 ayes <br />4 ayes <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />MSP (Ziebarth- Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as follows: 4 ayes <br />ITEM A. Set public hearing for 8 :10 PM, June 26, 1978, on Karlen's <br />Addition single and duplex residential preliminary plat and <br />rezoning of property located at 2809 County Road I. <br />ITEM B. Appoint Jess Varns, 7350 Silver Lake Road, to the Storm Sewer <br />Advisory Task Force. <br />ITEM C.
