Authorize a wage increase to $6.73 per hour effective <br />November 11, 1978, for maintenance department mechanic, <br />Richard Schmidlin. The new salary rate is 95% of the <br />IUOE Local No. 49 maintenance employee one year anniversary <br />rate. <br />ITEM E. Authorize NSP Co. to bill the City of Mounds View for <br />service to street lights being discontinued by Ramsey County <br />effective January 1, 1979.
