December 11, 1978 Page 6 <br />MSP (Rowley - Ziebarth) to continue the public hearing to January 22, <br />1979, with an informal meeting to be scheduled for Wednesday, January <br />16 at 7 PM, with the residents of 7666 Woodlawn and any other occupied <br />residencies within the neighborhood that might be affected. 4 ayes <br />Councilmember Baumgartner asked if the other side of the street would <br />be addressed at the work session. Administrator Achen replied that <br />there was no problem with the other side. <br />Mayor Pickar recessed the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting. <br />INTERIM SANITARY SEWER PLAN <br />Administrator Achen reported that the Metropolitan Waste Control Commiss- <br />ion has requested that the City update its CSP submitted February 4, <br />1971. He stated that the interim CSP is necessary for the MWCC because <br />most cities, including Mounds View, have not submitted a full land use/ <br />sewer comprehensive plan in accordance with the Minnesota Land Planning <br />Act and sewer extensions are presently being received and approved. <br />Administrator Achen presented a map from Staff, showing estimates of <br />sewer construction by year from 1979 to 1981 and later. He added that <br />it was just an estimate and a tool for MWCC to monitor and provide the <br />necessary service. <br />The Council discussed the areas indicated on the map and asked for <br />clarification of the area bounded by County Road H2, Long Lake Road, <br />Highway 10 and Silver Lake Road. Administrator Achen replied that he <br />would get a clarification for the Council. <br />MSP (Baumgartner - Ziebarth) to postpone action on the interim Compre- <br />hensive Sewer Plan Update until the December 18, 1978 Council meeting. <br />4 ayes <br />ADMINISTRATOR ACHEN'S REPORT <br />Administrator Achen asked that Item H from the Consent Agenda be changed <br />to resolution for, and that the Council adopt Resolution #947. <br />MSP (Pickar - Ziebarth) to change Item H on the Consent Agenda to adopt <br />Resolution #947. 4 ayes <br />Administrator Achen reported that the Council had received a list of <br />members of the various commissions whose terms expire on December 31, <br />1978 and a list of the 1978 Council liaison assignments, and a list of <br />the full commission memberships. <br />ATTORNEY MEYERS' REPORT <br />Attorney Meyers stated that it had been a pleasure working with Admini- <br />strator Achen and wished him the best of luck in his new job. <br />
