CONSENT AGENDA <br />February 12, 1979 <br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of <br />routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The <br />entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion <br />for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By <br />request of any individual Council Member, any item can be removed from <br />the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A. Reschedule February 19, 1979, Council agenda session to <br />Tuesday, February 20, 1979, at 7:00 PM because of President's <br />Day holiday. <br />ITEM B. Adopt Ordinance No. 289 amending the Municipal Code of <br />Mounds View by amending Chapter 47 "House and Building Numbers." <br />This is the formal ordinance changing the building address <br />numbers on Woodlawn Drive effective March 1, 1979, as approved <br />by Council on January 22, 1979. <br />ITEM C. Approve the bid specifications and order the bid opening date <br />of Monday, February 26, 1979, for the 1979 Tree and Stump <br />Removal contract. <br />ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 960 reapportioning assessments for the <br />Balk major subdivision. <br />ITEM E. Adopt Resolution Nos. 961 -963 reapportioning the following <br />subdivisions, respectively: <br />. Pleasant Acres <br />. Midway Industrial Park No. 2 <br />. Kathleen Berg Addition <br />ITEM F. Approve the re- keying of five exterior door locks for the City <br />Police Department at a cost of $60.75 to be paid for out of <br />the City's Contingency Fund. <br />ITEM G. Set the public hearing date for Bayport Acres for 8:20 PM, <br />February 26, 1979. <br />ITEM H. Approve the February 12, 1979, bills for payment. <br />ITEM I.
