Mayor <br />McCarty asked staff to get the ratings on the pledged securities <br />held as security for the city certificate of deposits. <br />MSP (McCarty- Hodges) to approve Consent Agenda Items H & I with <br />the added stipulation that the Clerk - Administrator obtain the <br />security ratings for the pledges in Item I and inform the Council: <br />ITEM H. Continue the trail period for the stop sign located at Greenfield <br />Avenue and Hillview Road for a period not to exceed 90 days. <br />ITEM I. Adopt Resolution No. 975 authorizing the First State Bank of <br />New Brighton to pledge securitites in the amount of $1,520,000 <br />to safeguard City funds on deposit. <br />5 ayes <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:40 PM DAILY KNOLLS <br />Howard Thorson of Dailey Homes was present for the discussion of <br />this item. <br />Discussion: 8" line for utility versus 6" on plat; consensus: <br />line should be 8" <br />Discussion: Services from north constructed separate from <br />south versus services along Silver Lake Road. <br />MSP (Ziebarth- McCarty) to continue the public hearing until 8:20 PM <br />April 9, 1979, at which time a decision will be made. The Council, <br />developer and property owners will meet prior to that date in order <br />to reach an agreement. <br />
