The president <br />of Bayport Builders stated he had paid for 8 loads to be hauled in <br />and for 8 loads to be hauled out. <br />MSP (McCarty - Ziebarth) to continue the hearing for Bayport Acres <br />at 8:40 PM on April 9, 1979, as the City has found that to the <br />best of their detection the dirt has been removed. But should <br />evidence to the contrary be submitted, the developer will remove the <br />dirt as directed by Council. The developer will provide to the City <br />a letter agreeing to tonight's decision. 5 ayes <br />The Council recessed briefly. <br />CODE CHAPTER 40.06, SUBDIVISION B(3) <br />Council discussed at some length lot sizes and the processes of <br />major and minor subdivisions.
