Authorize payment of $10,054.80 to H & A Watertank Specialists <br />Inc. for work completed to date on Improvement Project 1978 -9, <br />Cleaning and Repainting of Water Treatment Plant No. 1, per <br />the Statement of Work Estimate No. 1 from Comstock & Davis. <br />ITEM H. Authorize staff to work with the City of Fridley to establish <br />a joint agreement enabling the City of Mounds View to use <br />Fridley's water. The agreement will be subject to final <br />approval by the Mounds View City Council. <br />ITEM J. Snelling <br />Mayor McCarty stated that on behalf of the Council and himself, he <br />would like to thank Eva Melhouse, Pamela Rose and Bill Myers for jobs <br />well done. <br />MSP (McCarty - Ziebarth) to accept the resignations, with regrets, of <br />Eva Melhouse as Secretary to the Administrator, Pamela Rose as Recording <br />Secretary for the Council and Planning Commission, and Bill Myers as <br />Senior Accounting Clerk, per their letters. 5 ayer <br />Mayor McCarty asked for a clarification of check #3185 for Short-Elliott- <br />Hendrickson. Acting Administrator Anderson explained that it was the <br />payment for Woodcrest. <br />
