She also stated that she had a real problem with <br />having a building on an easement and with an uneven lot split. <br />MSD (Rowley - Ziebarth) to approve an equal lot split with the accessory <br />building size reduced to conform to code, that when it is reduced, the <br />garage door will be removed so in appearance it will be an accessory <br />building and not a garage, and the building be no closer than the <br />allowable setback, maintaining the 5' rear yard setback and the 5' <br />easement be maintained, and the chicken coup to be removed. <br />A rollcall vote was taken: <br />Councilmember Ziebarth - aye <br />Councilmember Hodges - nay <br />Councilmember Forslund - nay <br />Councilmember Rowley - aye <br />Mayor McCarty - nay <br />3 nays, <br />2 ayes <br />Councilmember Ziebarth stated that he felt an uneven lot split could <br />create problems in the future.
