His other two lots would remain as they are. He had originally
asked the Planning Commission to divide the parcel into 5 lots.
Neil Loeding, 5046 Longview Drive, questioned whether this should be a major sub-
division. Acting Administrator Anderson indicated Mr. Tomas' previous request for
division into 5 lots was a major subdivision, but this being only 1 lot divided
into 3 lots.
Mr. Tomas drew a sketch illustrating the subdivision in relation to the other lots.
MSP (McCarty /Ziebarth) to approve the minor subdivision per the Planning Commission
recommendation of 4/25/79 as identified in case #09 -79, Minor Subdivision, applicant
Eugene Tomas, 5064 Bona Road (approx.). 5 ayes
TOWN COMPANIES - S.E. CORNER OF HWY. 10 & SILVER LAKE ROAD
Mr. Budzyinski and Mr. Mathern represented Realty Man Properties. Mr. Budzynski explained
they had originally planned to develop all three lots but, because of drainage, have
gone to just one building and request approval of this one office building. The proposed
building is a two -story English Tudor with approximately 2200 square feet per floor.
They plan to house themselves and lease the remaining space. The lots are all sub-
divided and go back 400 feet. They plan to have 50 percent green space and all trees
will be kept on site. The existing buildings will be removed.
Mr. Budzyinski indicated they would like to make a change to reverse the building in
order to provide a wildlife area.
Councilmember Rowley, referring to the developer's proposal of two accesses to the
east onto private property, asked if they owned that property. Mr. Mathern indicated
they did and accesses would be indicated on the deed in the event of a lot split.
Mayor McCarty asked how they would handle drainage. Mr. Mathern indicated Planning
Commission's concern and recommendation was to be prepared to provide some easement
to drain across and use whatever basins necessary for drainage. They intend to
provide one means of drainage over the three lots.
Councilmember Ziebarth questioned how much additional area would be gained after
removal of the present buildings. Mr. Budzyinski indicated it would be approximately
the same. He also indicated the soil should be improved.
