<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />July 9, 1979
<br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine and
<br />miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda may be
<br />adopted by the Council in One motion. The motion for adoption is non-debatable
<br />and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Council
<br />Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the
<br />regular agenda for debate.
<br />ITEM A. Approval of the appointment of Raelynn J. Nyberg as Secretary to the
<br />Administrator, starting salary $5.25/hour.
<br />ITEM B. Adopt Resolution #987 relating to the installation of outside water
<br />meters for new construction.
<br />ITEM C. Adopt Resolution #995 relating to the establishment of the Reforestation
<br />Advisory Committee, meeting the 1979 guidelines of the S.T.D.C.P.
<br />ITEM D. Approval of the July 9, 1979, bills for payment:
