Escrow <br />can be released as they have met the require- <br />ments of D.A. 78 -26. <br />Hodges made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />that the City release the escrow requirements <br />of D.A. 78 -26. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Forslund's Report: Forslund made the motion, <br />seconded by Ziebarth, to send a letter to the <br />Festivities Committee commending them on a <br />fantastic job. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />For the record, Ziebarth stated his part in <br />the festivities was minimal and thanks should <br />be given to Shirley Munholand and the Festivities <br />Commission. <br />Forslund suggested a first aid station and a <br />playground supervisor would be a good idea in <br />the future. <br />Forslund suggested Planning Commission members be <br />furnished with Section 40 and other relevant <br />portions of the Code Book. <br />Forslund questioned the status of wetlands in- <br />vestigation. Nelson adivsed he is investigating <br />mapping tools for the City. Staff was directed <br />to get additional information from Ramsey County, <br />Rice Creek Watershed, etc., as well as look at <br />model ordinances, to get to Planning Commission <br />for the Aug. 8 Comprehensive Plan meeting. <br />Rowley's Report: She suggested another, less <br />dangerous type of dunk tank be used for festivities <br />in the future. <br />D.
