PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Regular Meeting <br />August 13, 1979 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order CALL TO ORDER <br />at 7:35 p.m., August 13, 1979, by the Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Councilmembers 1. ROLL CALL OF <br />Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth OFFICIALS <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Administrator Nelson, City <br />Attorney Meyers, Building & Zoning Official Rose <br />The Mayor recommended the minutes be accepted 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />as corrected. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Bob Hedlund, 8424 Sunnyside Rd., voiced an <br />objection to the Hwy. 10 north relocation route. <br />The Mayor requested these comments be held until <br />the subject was discussed later in the agenda. <br />The Mayor requested that Items B, C, E, and G be <br />removed. Forslund requested Items E and I be <br />removed. <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to approve the Consent Agenda with B, C, E, G, <br />and I removed. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Nelson explained that the City resolution <br />was to satisfy the Bank's requirement (First <br />State Bank of New Brighton). The Council was <br />satisfied with the explanation. <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth <br />to approved Resolution #1002. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Nelson stated that the Park Director had found <br />a grant which may enable the City to replace <br />its warming house with a 100% grant. <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to approve the H.C.R.S. grant application for <br />funds for park Shelter buildings. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />3.
