MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 August 13, 1979 <br />This resolution deals with reapportioning special <br />assessments for auditors number 1314, sewer, <br />water, and street improvements 1973-4. This <br />lot split was approved 2/7/79. Forslund questioned <br />if the legal description was correct; Staff will <br />check into it. <br />Forslund made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth <br />to approve Resolution #1004, contingent upon <br />Staff checking the accuracy of the legal description. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Note: Item G is on last page. <br />This resolution deals with reapportioning special <br />assessments for the Amundsen minor subdivision. <br />Since the agreement was signed, Staff has been <br />in contact with the applicant, who requests the <br />assessments be spread over 16 years. <br />Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Rowley <br />to allow the 16-year period for the assessment <br />per the request of Mrs. Viola Amundsen. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Applicant has drawn up and submitted the final <br />plat for approval. Before final plat can be <br />filed, vacation of Mustang Rd. west of existing <br />Mustang Lane and proposed Mustang Circle is <br />requested. Applicant will install their own <br />public improvements--Short-Elliott-Hendrickson <br />will look into the matter. <br />Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Hodges <br />to grant approval for the Preliminary Plat for <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, of Mounds View Industrial <br />Park #2. This authorizes Staff to draw up a <br />development agreement to include: $110,000.00 <br />for bond or escrow for public improvements, <br />$5,000.00 for public improvement inspection <br />services, and $8,418.22 for payment of Project <br />1978-4 costs.
