PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 10, 1979 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 7:35 PM, September 10, 1979, by <br />the Mayor. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Forslund, Rowley, and Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: Hodges (out of town on business) <br />Also present: City Attorney Meyers, City Admin- <br />istrator Nelson, Building & Zoning Official Rose <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to accept the August 13, 1979 minutes as <br />corrected. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Forslund, <br />to accept the August 27, 1979 minutes as <br />submitted. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, <br />to approve the Consent Agenda. (See attached) <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Neil Loeding, 5046 Longview, wished to correct <br />his statement in the August 27, 1979, minutes <br />to read " stated his intentions and pointed <br />out the limitations of his report." <br />Roger Baumgartner, 7585 Knollwood Drive, <br />stated that since Machmeier is not a civil <br />engineer, he is not qualified to draw up <br />plans and specifications for a drainage <br />improvement project for Mounds View. He <br />asked whether he had submitted a bill and <br />if Council intended to pay him. Mayor <br />McCarty replied that Council could not <br />determine whether to pay him or not as a <br />bill had not been received from Machmeier. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />4.
