Call to Order <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. Roll Call <br />members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Administrator Nelson <br />was present representing the staff. <br />The Mayor called the regular scheduled <br />agenda session for the purpose of receiving <br />the Proposed Charter as submitted to the <br />City Council from the Charter Commission. <br />It was duly noted that the Proposed Charter <br />was received on October 15, 1979. <br />3. Submission of <br />Proposed Charter <br />There being no further business the Mayor 4.
