CONSENT AGENDA <br />November 26, 1979 <br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling <br />of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. <br />The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. <br />The motion for adoption is non-debatable and must receive unanimous <br />approval. By request of any individual Council Member, any item <br />can be removed from the consent agenda. and placed upon the regular <br />agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A: Approve Resolution 1051, Approving Just and Correct <br />Claims Against City Funds. <br />ITEM B: Approve Resolution 1052, Relieve of 2nd Quarter Utility <br />Bill for Raymond Doble, 2237 Bronson Drive, <br />ITEM C: Set a public hearing to be held December 10, 1979 <br />7:40 p.m. for the Charbonneau Addition. <br />ITEM D: Set a public hearing to be held December 10, 1979 <br />7:50 p.m. for Bayport Acres. <br />ITEM E: Approve licenses for: <br />Managed Services - New <br />Heating & Air Conditioning <br />Sun Shower Inc. - New <br />Install Irrigation Systems <br />
