It was ueconded <br />by Ziebarth. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Nelson: Allied Blacktop -- The original <br />bill was $30,786.25 which the Council approved. <br />Their bill for $35,000 plus was received. <br />The Finance Director and Public Works Suptd. <br />have re-figured the project at $31,395.78, <br />which Allied will accept. Meyers stated this <br />is not an overc:barge, but a standard contract <br />with an acceptable adjustment. <br />Ziebarth moved to approve the payment of the <br />additional $609.48 to Allied Blacktop Co. <br />for additional sealcoating materials. it <br />was seconded by Hodges. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Meyers stated he has been informed of a <br />Charter election contest. Pursuant to <br />Statute 209, a contest can be filed within <br />seven days. <br />Hodges moved to acknowledge the receipt of <br />a contest of election and pass on to the <br />City Attorney for action.
