PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />January 14, 1980 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View City Council held <br />a Special Session at 6:30 PM to discuss <br />the City Administrator's contract. <br />The Regular Meeting of the City Council 1. CALL TO ORDER <br />was called to order at 7:30 PM on <br />January 14, 1980 by the Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, and <br />Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />City Administrator Nelson <br />Peg Mountin, representing the Mounds <br />View Girl Scout Service Unit Team, <br />presented Councilmember Forslund with <br />the Thank You medal, the highest award in <br />Scouting, for her twenty years of service. <br />A citation was read by the Mayor. <br />Rowley moved to approve the minutes of <br />the October 1, 1979 meeting. It was <br />seconded by Ziebarth. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Rowley moved to approve the minutes of <br />the October 15, 1979 meeting. It was <br />seconded by Hodges. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Rowley moved to accept the minutes of <br />the November 5, 1979 meeting. It was <br />seconded by Ziebarth. <br />4 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Abstention: Forslund, 1 abstention <br />due to absence. <br />Hodges moved to approve the minutes of <br />the November 8, 1979 meeting.
