Nelson said it will be ready <br />by the 1/21 meeting so a decision can be <br />made by 1/28. Rowley urged bids be made early. <br />2) Hwy. 10-- Suggested holding off until the <br />February 5 agenda meeting. <br />3) Lakeside Park -- appears to be of overall <br />benefit to let Lakeside Pk. go to the County. <br />Need direction as to what steps to take, <br />timeframe, how to handle deed, etc. <br />Attorney Meyers will look into it. <br />4) Planning Commission has asked specific <br />questions, such as possible moratorium, <br />etc.; will be discussed at 1/22 and 1/29 <br />meetings. <br />5) Have talked to Dept. Heads and they <br />have concerns as to duties under the Charter. <br />Rowley moved to hold special meetings with <br />Dept. Heads 4:00 - 6:00 January 21 regarding <br />interpretation of the Charter. Second by <br />Forslund. 5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Ziebarth: No report. <br />Hodges: 1) Noted that work will begin soon <br />on the Mounds View Recognition Dinner. <br />McCarty: 1) Street light - -a letter <br />containing a cost estimate is forthcoming <br />from Official Rose. <br />2) McCarty moved to delay the newsletter <br />publication until mid - February.
