CALL TO ORDER <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Forslund, Rowley, Hodges and <br />Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />City Administrator Nelson <br />Hodges moved to approve the minutes <br />of the January 3, 1980 meeting as <br />corrected. Seconded by Forslund. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Ziebarth moved to approve the minutes <br />of the January 14, 1980 meeting as <br />corrected. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Agenda. Seconded by Ziebarth. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Forslund suggested Resolution 1067 <br />regarding denial of Project 80 -1 be <br />read aloud, which Nelson did. <br />A sign board listing city officials <br />was presented to the Mayor and Council <br />by Betty Skelly and Alice Beckman <br />from the League of Women Voters. <br />5.
