REPORTS -- Administrator <br />(Continued) <br />4) Re: Carrying forward 1979 funds from <br />the City's share of Enforcement Grant- - <br />Nelson was instructed to draft a resolution. <br />5) Street light re- submission: Nelson <br />sent to Building& Zoning, Public Works, <br />and Police Dept. Replies should be <br />back by the Council meeting Feb. 4. <br />6) Re: memo from Finance Director on <br />mailing machine -- <br />Ziebarth moved to authorize purchase of <br />a mailing machine at a cost of $2,347.00 <br />as provided for in the 1980 budget. It <br />was seconded by Hodges. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />7) Re: Extension of submittal deadline <br />of Comprehensive Plan -- <br />McCarty moved to ask Met Council for an <br />extension of deadline for Comprehensive <br />Plan submission of one year. Will be presented <br />to Council for recommendation. <br />9) Received fuel delivery and paid $1.09 <br />and $1.04, excluding tax. Nelson has <br />talked to mechanic ,to explore converting <br />police car to propane. <br />10) Newsletter -- Need articles from <br />Councilmembers by Wed., Jan. 30. <br />
