(Continued) <br />12) Contract with Midwest Planning- - <br />have received word from David Licht, <br />President, that the company may be out <br />of business by February because of a <br />judgment against it. Attorney Meyers <br />recommended calling Licht before Council <br />Feb. 4 to discuss disposition of our <br />contract. Meyers suggested he be <br />requested to bring in a copy of the <br />judgment against them. <br />The Attorney instructed the Council as 7B. CODE REVISION 40.06 SUBD. B(3) <br />to what was required to change an <br />ordinance. <br />Rowley moved to hold a public hearing <br />at 7:40 PM, February 11, 1980 for the <br />proposed code revision 40.06 Subd. B(3). <br />It was seconded by Ziebarth. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Staff was asked to furnish information <br />as to whether any land- locked parcels <br />°might be created and the number of lots which <br />are 160' in frontage. <br />1) Stated he will submit a memo to <br />Planning Commission and Council regarding <br />an interim ordinance providing a means <br />by which a municipality can declare a <br />moratorium, and the criteria involved. <br />2) Has submitted Chapter 26 -- Public <br />Improvement Code - -to the City, as <br />required under Charter 803. The Charter <br />mandates that, within 90 days after it <br />goes into effect (Jan. 3), Council shall <br />enact an ordinance governing public <br />improvements. Council will discuss on <br />February 4. <br />Rowley moved to adjourn the meeting at <br />10:00 PM. It was seconded by Ziebarth. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />8.
