MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting <br />Page 11 February 11, 1980 <br />wanted to know what the Council needs to do <br />for this development. It was determined that <br />if project kept its joint drive then a Con - <br />ditonal Use Permit would be required. The <br />developer stated that they could and would <br />be willing to separate the driveway to meet <br />the City Standards. The developers had two <br />options (1) To continue with the existing <br />plan and have it reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission for the Conditional Use Permit <br />or (2) Modify their plan, receive approval <br />from the Building & Zoning Administrator, <br />enter into a Developers Agreement to com- <br />mence their work. The Council, therefore, <br />took the following action: Ziebarth moved <br />to table the Dynamic Developers Proposal <br />until the 25th of February 1980 and noted <br />the aforementioned options available to <br />the developers either which the City Council <br />would take under consideration on the 25th. <br />Seconded by Rowley. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Councilman Hodges had no other items to <br />report. <br />Councilman Ziebarth discussed with the <br />City Council the need to end Council meet- <br />ings by 11:00 PM. He felt that the quality <br />of decision making tapers off markedly be- <br />yond that point. Council generally agreed <br />with this position. <br />16. REPORTS <br />COUNCILMAN ZIEBARTH <br />First item that Nelson brought up before 17.
