Motion was seconded by <br />Hodges. <br />The motion carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />The Administrator noted that the time was <br />11:00, and he had two items left to cover, <br />one was The Compensation Study and the <br />other the Hiring of an Administrative <br />Secretary. He asked the City Council if <br />they would give consideration to recessing <br />the meeting of the llth and carrying it <br />over until the 12th. Council seemed agree- <br />able to this matter and Nelson deferred to <br />the City Attorney and Mayor for their reports. <br />City Attorney stated a concern over the 19. REPORTS <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />apparent defunct Midwest Planning Companys' <br />contract with the City for the completion <br />of the City's Comprehensive Plan. That the <br />City should take some steps to clarify the <br />City's Contractural relationships with their <br />company. Nelson noted that Mr. Dave Licht <br />would be coming to the Agenda Meeting on <br />February 19th for the purposes of discus- <br />sing a new contract under Northwest Consul- <br />tants, a planning firm. <br />Meyers asked the City Council if they would <br />be considering Chapter 26 on the 19th and <br />the Council stated that they would.
