Thus, the meeting would <br />be re- scheduled and the Commissioner <br />would notify the City of that new date. <br />First item of business the Administra- 11. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />tor brought to the Council's attention CONSENT AGENDA <br />was the adoption of the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor asked if there were any questions <br />concerning the Agenda, hearing none, <br />requested motion for adoption. Ziebarth <br />moved to adopt the Consent Agenda <br />(attached to the copy of the minutes) <br />and to dispense with a reading of the <br />resolutions contained therein. INSURANCE RENEWAL <br />the City Treasurer had submitted to <br />the City Council a notice of renewal <br />for the City's Insurance Package and <br />requested approval before the March <br />1st deadline. Rowley moved that the <br />rates for the City's Insurance Program <br />as submitted by the City's Treasurer <br />be renewed pursuant to the memo dated <br />2/15/80. Ziebarth seconded the motion. <br />4 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />The City Treasurer had submitted to 13. NIGHT DEPOSITORY <br />the City Council a memo concerning a <br />Night Depository based on a request <br />from the City Council for investiga- <br />tion. Memo also contained the price <br />of the proposed night drop equipment <br />and its location. Hodges moved to <br />acquire and install the night deposi- <br />tory pursuant to and consistent with <br />a memo written by the Treasurer dated <br />Feb. 15, 1980.
